Always bursting with flavor, Heart Stone Pastry strives to bring a taste of local farming to your table with delicious rustic sweet and savory recipes. Our menu shifts with the seasons and are always inspired by our community. 

Established to expand opportunities for those in our community with intellectual differences, together we work to enhance our hospitality and our customer experience, and to bring greater love and forgiveness into our day-to-day operations.

Scones

Our rustic drop-scones are made with organic, bolted whole wheat flour (from locally grown Pennsylvania grain, freshly milled on-site by our Green Lion Breads), and duck eggs from our own Frog Hollow Farm! Flavors rotate with the season. 

Croissants

A croissant is a classic French yeasted pastry with layers and layers of dough and high-quality European-style butter. A lot of love, hard work, and prayer to the kitchen gods go in every one of these buttery, flakey, airy treats. We offer traditional, dark chocolate, or ham and cheese options.   

Babkas

A babka is braided brioche dough (a yeasted dough made with flour, sugar, salt, water, milk, and eggs) with either sweet or savory fillings. Our brioche dough includes artisanal flour with duck eggs from our own Frog Hollow farm!

Galettes

A galette is a rustic pastry resembling a mini pie. Pastry dough is folded around seasonal fillings that can be either sweet or savory.

Hand Pies

A hand pie is pastry dough stuffed with savory fillings for a hand-held meal. Our hand pies also freeze very well for a meal whenever you need it!

Cookies

Our cookies aren't your run-of-the-mill cookie! We use high-quality ingredients for unique flavors to delight everyone's inner cookie monster.

Brownies

Our brownies are super moist, almost a cross between a custard and cake. We use high-quality cocoa powder, butter, and duck eggs in our mixture, and finish each brownie with flaked sea salt to highlight the rich chocolate flavor.
